Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajiok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at bajiok.bar. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the bajiok platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bajiok platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms apply to all users of bajiok, including registered players, guest visitors, and any individual who accesses any part of the bajiok website or mobile interface, regardless of location or device used.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The bajiok platform is intended exclusively for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bajiok actively enforces this restriction and will require documentary proof of age where there is reasonable doubt.

2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using bajiok is lawful in your jurisdiction. bajiok does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific territory. Access to the platform does not constitute an endorsement or warranty that such use is permitted under local law.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your bajiok account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Any misrepresentation constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination without notice.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one registered account on bajiok. If bajiok determines that you hold or have held multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

2.5 Account Transfer Prohibited. Your bajiok account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other individual under any circumstances.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bajiok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following local payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. bajiok reserves the right to extend this period during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

3.4 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts held by third parties will be returned (less any applicable transaction fees), and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.5 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on bajiok are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajiok does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.

3.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. bajiok reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 to dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by bajiok are subject to individual offer terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be processed. Real-money funds and bonus funds are treated separately in your account; real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.

4.3 Bonus Abuse. bajiok reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to share bonus benefits.

4.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire after the period specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

4.5 Right to Withdraw Offers. bajiok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on bajiok are subject to acceptance by the platform. bajiok reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your available balance.

5.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing mistake, bajiok reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. This applies to sports betting odds and casino game results where the error is demonstrable and not caused by bajiok's intentional act.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting. Cricket betting on bajiok covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series involving Bangladesh. All sports betting markets are governed by the specific sport rules published in the bajiok help section, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.4 Casino Games. All casino games available on bajiok, including live dealer tables, slots, and fishing games, operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or live-streamed dealer interaction where applicable. Game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe are solely responsible for the integrity of their respective game engines.

5.5 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, or rescheduling beyond the defined settlement window; data feed errors affecting in-play markets; and regulatory instruction.

Account Security and Player Obligations

7.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajiok username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. bajiok will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or phone.

7.2 Unauthorised Access. • Fraudulent chargebacks or disputed payment claims made in bad faith
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus exploitation
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward bajiok staff or other players
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches for financial gain

7.4 Consequences of Breach. Violation of Section 7.3 may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Content. All content on bajiok, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of bajiok or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bajiok brand name, logo, and all related marks are the exclusive property of the Platform.

8.2 Restricted Use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any bajiok content without prior written consent from the Platform. Unauthorised use of bajiok content may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability. bajiok provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

9.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajiok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

9.3 Maximum Liability Cap. bajiok's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

9.4 Force Majeure. bajiok shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failure, government action, or civil unrest.

Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Data Collection. bajiok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 KYC and AML Compliance. bajiok is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We may request identity verification documents — including national ID, passport, or proof of payment method — at any time. All data submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

10.3 Marketing Communications. By registering on bajiok, you consent to receiving promotional emails and SMS messages from the Platform. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications such as account notifications and withdrawal confirmations.

Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.2 Account Closure by Player. You may close your bajiok account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

11.3 Account Closure by bajiok. bajiok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, failure to complete KYC, or regulatory instruction.

11.4 Governing Law and Disputes. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of bajiok, you should contact our support team at [email protected] as the first point of resolution. bajiok aims to resolve all player complaints within ten (10) business days.

11.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

11.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bajiok with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
